ChildBirth Education-
- Childbirth Education Series Class, comprehensive. Group Class- 4 weeks of 60 minute classes to learn stages of labor, comfort measures, informed decisions, newborn care, and so much more in a relaxed setting. This is a wonderful class filled with great information that will guide you right through the birth of your family. Cost for this class series is $200.
- Private In Home Childbirth Education class geared toward open decision about stages of labor, comfort measures, informed decisions, newborn care, and so much more in the privacy of your own home. This is a wonderful way to have a personal experience with your birth partner to prepare for your big day! This class takes about 4 hours, usually breaking for lunch. Cost for this service is $250.
- 45 minute Comfort Measures During Labor class for birth partners. We will explore several positions and helpful comfort measures that can be used during labor to help support birthing mothers. Every birth team will benefit from this class, whether birthing in a hospital or at home, these techniques can be applied to all situations and circumstances of birth. Cost for this class is $50 and is usually taught in a class setting with several birth teams. (This information is included in the childbirth education classes listed above.)
Doula Services-
- Doula means “with women” and that is exactly what a birth doula does. Helping support the birthing mother before labor begins, during the labor, and after baby or babies arrive. This support helps to empower mothers and brings life to families. The services include physical and emotional support for the mother and can include help to the birth partner and other family members. This service is open for home birth or hospital birth and includes childbirth education around 30 weeks, on call for your birth starting at 38 weeks, and 2 home visits after baby or babies arrive.
- Postpartum Doula services include visits and support for the first few weeks home with baby. Duties include light chores focused on the comfort of the Mother and Baby, breast feeding support, sleep support and suggestion, diapering support. Every family is different and the needs change from home to home, my goal is to be there until you don’t need me anymore. Further services are scheduled as needed. This service is billed hourly, starting at $45 per hour.
Holistic Life Coach-
- In my coaching business, I help people grow past their current situations and learn more about breaking habits and trends that have held them back from their potential. I empower people to make decisions about their health and wellness with education and support as they create goals for life. I educate about diet and exercise in ways that fit into real life, always coaching up and only asking from others what I would ask of myself. I teach others to live with intention and create space in their current lives for truly living and loving and enjoying. Intention driven life is what brought me into the space I occupy right now. I assist my clients in creating a path to the goals that they create and I become an accountability partner for them as the reach towards their dreams. Providing helpful advise and positive suggestions that encourage growth and lasting change.
- Services are scheduled for 12 week periods and are paid monthly.

- Teaching about ways to remove and eliminate toxic chemicals in our environment is a huge passion of mine. I teach DYI projects, easy alternatives, awarenesses, and much more. There are so many ideas and not enough time to make them all happen, if you are interested in a class, let’s talk.
