Month One: Balance and Burn Results

I am so excited to share this journey with all my friends. I have so much to tell about the last 30 days of my life.

We have to get a few things straight, I have in no way been exercising. This past 30 days was full of several fun and wonderful distractions. My husband celebrated a birthday, with involved a delicious meal AND a homemade cake. My oldest son was in a soccer tournament, so that involved travel and eating on the go. It snowed…. I live in South Carolina and we rarely see snow, so hot chocolate and cookies and apple cider and homemade cinnamon rolls were mandatory. We had an ice storm, so we had to eat all the food in the house because we could not go outside. Well, we didn’t have to but we did. I had an allergic reaction to something and spent 2 days with hives.

On top of all of this, I was a taxi for my boys while they live their best life. Hours every day sitting in the car…waiting.

With all of this, I still managed to consistently use the Balance and Burn supplements along with my Life 9 probiotic and 2oz of Ningxia Red daily.

Sample of my daily routine:

Wake up around 6:45am- take the Balance and Care powder stick

Drink coffee and read.

10:45-11am- Brunch of fruit and either cottage cheese and nuts OR just nuts OR 2 eggs. Take the Burn and Control capsules.

2:30-3pm- Lunch, usually something light.

7:30- Healthy Dinner with my family. I am not craving bread or any carbs, so my dinners have been veggies and protein.

9:30- 2oz Ningxia Red and my Life 9 probiotic.

10pm- bedtime.

I have been resting so well. I have also been less hungry than normal. I have had less cravings for sweet food. I have been eating more veggies and fruits by choice. I have been moving my body more, but not necessarily exercising. I have been cleaning my home more often, like cleaning out closets and dressers. I have noticed that I am less hot… I am not talking about hot flashes because I do not have those anymore. I am often just hot all the time and I have noticed that I am wearing more layers and staying under the covers at night. This was even observed by my dear husband and he has commented that he has noticed me cuddling more at night.

My results after 30 days of Balance and Burn:

One to month number 2.

My goal this month is to add 3 days each week of exercising and to get 10k steps per day. I got this!
