Getting into a healthy routine to support your body, that fits into your life, can be so tricky. I have taken some information about weight loss and aging bodies and created a daily schedule that has made some major changes in my life. Going on week #2 of following this and I have seen more changes in my body!
I am so excited to share. I know that adding the movement after each meal has made the biggest changes. I feel so good and my rest has been wonderful.
